[Online Orders and Processing] Raw Fit-Shop accepts online orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All orders require at least one full day for processing and preparation. Same-day collection is not available. Customers must wait for an official email confirming that their order is ready before visiting their selected collection location. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time. [Order Confirmation and Collection Deadline] Once an order is ready, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers have 72 hours from the time the order-ready confirmation email is sent to collect their order. Any order not collected within this 72-hour period will be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Raw Fit-Shop will offer a refund for the unavailable item or a replacement product of equivalent value (the same price).
